Our Integral Non-Magnetic Stabilizers (IBS) are machined from a single solid forging of high-purity austenitic stainless steel, guaranteeing zero magnetic interference with directional surveying instruments (MWD/LWD).
To ensure structural reliability, each tool is manufactured to exact API Spec 7-1 tolerances and features cold-rolled thread roots for maximum fatigue resistance. The optimized helical blade profiles are engineered to accelerate annular fluid velocity, significantly enhancing hole-cleaning efficiency.
2. Hardfacing Configurations
We provide comprehensive hardfacing options to (HF1000~HF5000 or customized) withstand high-abrasion formations and extend in-hole run times across various lithologies.
