2. Precision-Machined Seating Profiles
Unlike standard drilling accessories, there is no “one-size-fits-all” hanger sub. Because different MWD telemetry systems—such as those from Tensor, APS Technology, or Tolteq—utilize entirely different probe geometries and hanger ring dimensions, the internal profile is the most critical feature of this tool.
Operating as a specialized OEM provider, we do not simply supply off-the-shelf blanks. We precision-bore the internal landing shoulder (seating profile) and transition tapers to your exact engineering drawings and system requirements. This bespoke machining ensures perfect centralizing of the instrument string, preventing premature wear, vibration-induced failure, and fluid flow restriction.
